Seven Year Limited Performance Warranty
Cultured Marble, Onyx & Granite

Accent Custom Marble extends to the original purchaser, a limited warranty on all Cultured Marble, Onyx & Granite products, against defects in material workmanship which results in significantly altered appearance, or which affects its performance of the product for a period of seven (7) years from date of purchase.  And does not include products that have been in storage or improperly stored.

Should the unit be other than warranted during that seven (7) year period, Accent Custom Marble will, at its option (after inspection and verification of the claimed defected) either repair or supply a replacement product of comparable size and color without charge for said product, but excluding any cost of removal or installation.

This warranty does not cover defects caused by:

(A)  Excessive hot water above 150 degrees or Installation of the product associated plumbing, not in keeping with recommendations supplied by Accent Custom Marble or local plumbing codes: or

(B) Accidents, abuse, misuse, cracks or chips in surface unless caused by defects in workmanship or materials.

(C) Unreasonable use, failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions or:

(D) Any unauthorized alteration of the product such as drilling of holes including cutting of product and holes drilled for installation, or any other modifications or alterations not specifically authorized in writing by Accent Custom Marble:

(E) Slight imperfections, warpage and shade variations in products.

Repair or supply of a replacement product under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy of the owner.  Accent Custom Marble shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including any damage to the building, its contents or occupants, or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty.  This warranty gives you specific rights.  You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.  This warranty is not transferable.

A claim under this warranty must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of discovery of defect.  Please fax or mail to above address, with name and mailing address and proof of purchase.  After receipt of this information, Accent Custom Marble will promptly perform its obligations under the warranty.
